Clonge is correct.  If you no longer reside in the County or State you were called to serve as a potential juror you need to notify the court.  This has happened to me several times and all I needed to do was to notify the court by letter furnishing my new address and when I had moved out of that county or state.  The address and person to contact should appear of the juror notification letter.

    Contact the Court Clerk.
