    how do you make yourself tired

    It all starts when I get out of bed in the morning.....

    Working helps. or long walks.

    Get up at 5 AM, go for a workout, have a shower, make breakfast, do a volunteer job, vacuum the carpet, do two loads of laundry, have lunch, wash the car, go grocery shopping, prepare supper, do the dishes!  That just about does it for me!  And you?

    Work your a$$ off during the day, and you will be tired enough to go to sleep without medications, etc.
