      We have no doctors here. Please consult a doctor and have him refer you to a physical therapist.

        gp..rest...ice packs for first 5 days if swollen,compression bandage...physiotherapy later..possibly ultrasound and Infrared and massage...and a whole load of patience..analgesia as prescribed...but DEFINITELY you need to see your Gp!
