I believe it's way too late now. If it IS legal, they could not possibly catch up with those who have been campaigning for months. Bloomberg's 'late entrance' was questioned by everyone. I've heard/seen Hilary Clinton state, dozens of times, that she will not run again.

Quacker,we have a guy over here called Doctor Keith Suter..very well respected and qualified..he said when biden and sanders get to the end and they are to close together,Clinton may throw her hat in the ring,,so by that statement i am assuming she is able to come back,,and yes i know she has said she will not,,but politicians are bigger liars than journalists..
