in reading a bill it says it will show unit of measure as icf- why does my bill show ccf? could that be why my bill was 30 x higher than normal?
we have had the house over 18 years- our June bill showed spiked usage of 89K gallons and the following month was 216K gallons. The house is vacant and no leaks-- no floods-- the average use is 7K gallons for a family/per month-- . could the unit of measurment used be the problem? what is the difference of icf to ccf?
