How does one get rid of nasal parasites? Where do they come from, do they go into the brain then come out of our nose? Has anyone ever slow motioned filmed tapeworm formation? Does haviing tapeworms affect the male reproductive system causing erectile dysfunction? We are recently diagnosed with having tapeworms and have many questions. It seems we may not only have the tapeworms but possibly up to 3 different types from doing parasite photo search.

These worms live in the gastrointestinal tract. They cause loss of appetiteand weight, diarrhea, anemia, scolon disorders and rectal itcing. Worm infestation results in poor absorbtion of essential nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract. Causes: include improper disposal of human waste, walking barefoot on contaminated
soil and ingestion of eggs or larvae from uncooked or partially cooked meat. Try 2 Garlic Capsules 3x a day w. meals and pumpkin Extract.Eat Pumpkin or Sesame seeds, Fig Juice or figs and Chaparral tea or tablets on an empty stomach 3x per day.
Personal Hygiene is very important. Do not eat meats that are not fully cooked and meats that are left out of the Refrigerator too long. Avoid Pork until disorder is corrected. This is from a book of natural remedies. I hope this helps some.
Love, take the medicine. If it is that serious, don't fiddle around. You will of course need to wash your bedsheets, night clothes, towels etc. and any clothes like trousers or pants.
Didn't they give you any medicine?

So far we've been prescribed vermox from the doctor but there are several natural ways of cleansing systems available either online or at a herbal shop. We can't wait to be free from this infection so we may resume our normal lives without all the worries we've had lately.
I remember reading somewhere in the newspaper that a woman who visited South America caught them when she was on holiday.

I believe we could have gotten them in one of two ways, the first is from the fleas living on our pets and the second would be from eating undercooked meats. I've heard of a lady who died from tapeworms only 4 months after being diagnosed yet I hear or rather, have read online that they can live in a human for up to 20-25 years. We've been getting several answeres from the professionals and they are all different so this leads us to believe no one really knows a whole lot about these nasty things which infect several people daily.
That would scare me. Perhaps you got them from the water. Have you been swimming?
Oh God, which country did you visit? I thought you get what you have from Africa.

We've never left the U.S. and from talking to the nurse at the hospital, they've had other known cases just last month in our city. We;ve never experienced something like this before and are terrified at the though of it alone. We now have several unanswered questions which not even a doctor can help us with.
I agree with eggplant on this occasion.

The problem seems far too serious to treat with natual remedies, though many of your suggestions, Ann, could help.

Alyssa and all the infected people need to go back to the doctor as many times as it takes: not just to get medication but to ask all the questions that are worrying them.

I would take eggplant's advice about laundry very seriously. Modern cold-wash is a NO. Use the hottest wash on your machine. If any of your sheets and towels are white, leave them in a bath overnight with a good dose of bleach in the water.

Have all your duvets cleaned, vacuum the mattresses, wash pillows as well as slips... for feathers, specialist clean and pack away until you ALL have the all-clear on every symptom.

If you have the energy, spring-clean the house fro top to bottom. This is NOT because you are dirty, but reinfection is a very real danger when you are dealing with living organisms. It could even be the reason this horrible situation is lasting so long.

DOCTOR... BUY STRONG CLEANING PRODUCTS... USE BOILING WATER, OR AS HOT AS POSSIBLE... GO BACK, ALL OF YOU, AND NAG THE DOCTOR UNTIL YOU ARE ALL BACK TO PERFECT HEALTH... and then start the sring-cleaning again, and check out Anne's advive on diet.

We're interested in finding out how to rid them from the nasal passages, they are gross and it's scary to look at when we blow our noses. We aren't sure where they'll spread to next, seems the medication is slow in taking effect.
We are taking the medication as prescribed and doing everything possible to rid of these dirty little creatures but are just so shocked and amazed at what we're secreting from out bodies and are filled with alot of questions in hopes of learning more.
