What is your favorite bible story?

I'm not asking for a verse, I'm asking for the story. The kind we were told as children. Example: loaves and fishes, Lazarus, the good Samaritan.....

Most people are confused with Darwinian's Theory of Evolution, Charles Darwin said Species change over time according to their Environment' that is what he discovered at the Galapagos Islands, no food source on island caused the native lizard there to hunt for food by swimming under water to seek out the sea grass there, also i don't remember what the island is called, because of the lack of Bees, flies instead cross pollinate the flowers there by attracting them by a putrid stench, this happened over time, not over night    ----- my favorite Biblical story is THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. Sorry for the long spill.

I like the Genesis account of creation. The evolutionists ideas are non-Biblical and un-American.

It stretches the imagination to believe we were once monkeys,But maybe the evolutionists did come from monkeys..:):):):)..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

"Un-American". Freedom of speech, freedom of religion.
Quite the derisive chip on your shoulder

50% of Americans and 98% of Muslims believe the Genesis or Koranic account of Creation so make of that what you will.

No statistics from you impress me. Your subjective nature is a red flag.
    nomdeplume

I apologise, the actual figure of Americans who believe in the 6 day creation within the last 10,000 years is 42% according to a recent Gallup survey. I offer my sincere apologies to anyone offended by my inaccuracy.

Stats are handy Nom,but i always take them with a grain of salt,,they can be weighted to suit a persons agenda,,however as i said they are handy..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<..

if we evolved from apes, then why are there still apes ?
And yes, Terry, statistics don't lie, but statisticians do .

    On the money MCM..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..

Actually, evolutionists believe man and monkeys came from the same source, a common source, i.e. The missing link.....
    mycatsmom

At any rate, if we evolved , God planned and created evolution. so, it all comes out even

My favorite  bible story is the story of Job. Growing up I always heard you should have the patience of Job and when reading it I feel in love with this story.
