Never heard of Paris whatever here in Austin. However, we have THE OMLETRY here in Austin. Three choices of pancakes (regular, buttermilk, ginger!), any omelet you could imagine. Bacon is thick, crisp but with the right amount of flop, bacon and eggs and potatoes. Wonderful. The place existed in a former A&W root beer stand. Full of Austin trivia and clippings from the papers that touted them.....

There is a truck stop cafe off the interstate near Ft. Worth, Texas. They served the best (IMO) country breakfast. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g56854-d5242673-Reviews-R_and_K_Cafe-Weatherford_Texas.html

Esperanzas in Ft. Worth for a Mexican style breakfast. The best for nursing a hangover.

Seems kinda expensive to go from Scotland to TX to nurse a hangover. Also, by the time you get there, you should be feeling fine.

LOL....It was a long time ago. We have been out only one time to eat breakfast in Scotland. I'm not a fan. The most popular breakfast includes baked beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.

....not going to tell; more people might show or their prices may go up

Anybody that can do a good bacon and eggs,i will be there..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<>.
