      That is a famous little darling .... too bad we can't foresee the future for little one's like this and perhaps steer them otherwise .... like to the Siberian Salt Mines!!!

          From the answers I can only assume it is Hitler. Assumption is all I have to go on as there is no photo. He wasn't born evil, I mean he didn't torture small animals. His evilness was self made.....
