OK, now this is really weird.

My two ferals have began a new "trick" and I can't figure it. In the evening they will place themselves a foot or less from the toilet, lay down and stare at the seam where the toilet meets the floor. I mean STARE! And not move for a couple of hours. I can't figure it out. Can anybody help?

They have better senses  to  hearing and eye site , and smell, than us. So could be they think there is something in the pipe work.

    Maybe they hear something.

    Or someone...

I betcha there is a cockroach in that seam.

They paw nothing, don't sniff, don't move at all. I tried wiggling the bowl and it sits solid, no room for a bug. Now make that 3 hours and day 5.....

I think there is a snake in your toilet!

Ok, but for weeks? And why don't the kittens try to get it? The toilet sits firmly however, Mickey is reaching in now and does not like getting his tiny paws wet. I'll start turning on the lights before I go in the middle of the night - thanks a lot....
