    I try to avoid that which is unsubscribed but,  at least here in Texas there always comes a time when you need something.....

      Rarely if ever ... I'm not allergic to much ... just mean folks and cottonwood fluff.   ;)

            I take them all year round, it's not only pollen which affects me, cut flowers, animals, carpet dust because I work with carpets. So by taking them I don't get bothered too much.
