when on holiday,my wife and i always empty the little fridge of all the little bottles of whatever,we put them on top of the fridge, then put what we want in the fridge, before we leave ,we put their bottles back, but i read today,if you remove their bottles,an electronic tag tells them you drank their bottles even if you have put them back,,,then you get billed on checkout,,,,has anybody heard of this,,i have visited quite a few countries, and have not run into it,,,>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

I've seen those fridges in both U.S. and Canada but it was a long time ago. You would notice it though, as there is a tag or lock on them that you have to break or bend and that is the indicator. You will be billed for the bottles that you use but off hand I can't remember the system for counting each bottle. Hopefully, one of our "travellers" can give you a more complete answer.
