      Turn on your computer, go into safe mode (press the F8 key on top of your keyboard). Select Safe Mode (either one, doesn't matter). From there, go into your User accounts and either delete the account and/or change the password (and write it down next time).

        you could just run a Linux based boot cd like hirens 10 and create another admin or just delete the password from a shell like programme
