    how do i repair wipers that work but that dont push out water to clean screen

    Are they frozen?  In winter, we need to put anti-freeze wiper fluid in the reservoir.  If plain was used, it will be frozen.  If that isn't the problem, trace the tube from pump to hood, where it squirts out.  Look for breaks, kinks, or a hose off the nipple...

    Or you can disconnect the hose at windshield, put an extension hose on it and blow into it, with this backflow unclogging any debris.
