    1
Turn on your ipod and scroll to Settings > Date & Time.

    2
In the Date & Time category, there are four options: Set Time Zone, Set Date & Time, Time and Time in Title, Choose Set Time Zone. Scroll down to the region in which you live and select the appropriate time zone. Back out of that screen and choose Set Date & Time. You should see the correct date and time.

To choose how the time is displayed choose Time and toggle between a 24-hour clock or a 12 hr one. The 24-hr clock is commonly known as military time. For example, 22:30 is 10:30 p.m.
