    3. My jigsaw puzzle has a bug. As soon as I start a new puzzle the pointer will disappear and if I right click, the screen will grey out and a busy circle will appear and never change. Can you make the upgrade patch available to see if it will repair the bug?

      Your computer has a bug. It's called the clutter bug. Clean out your computer.

        It's probably broken or something. If it dosen't fix, get rid of it. It'll be no good having a broken game
