They don't seem to have a specific page for cancelling with them.

Go to the page here and e-mail them, advising you wish to cancel

    your subscription.

Dardaigh is right, although Mate1 offers other ways to cancel as well.

If you log in to your Mate1 account, you'll see the "My Settings" portion of your profile on the left side - simply click on "Account Settings", then click Subscription Status (you will be prompted to verify your password for security reasons) and then follow the prompted steps to cancel. Alternatively you can always call our toll-free phone support  (1-888-688-4760, or 514-907-0015 if you are outside North America) Monday to Friday, or use our round-the-clock email support from our help page - - as well as a live chat support feature available during normal business hours to cancel your subscription.  After doing so your membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be re-billed again.  You may re-activate your membership at any time.

For your convenience, here is a direct link to our site’s Help/Contact Us page, which contains most of our contact options.

For additional options, please access our Help/Contact Us page from within your account itself after logging in, which you can do from this link:
