loverboy01, Soda in general would not be considered healthy to consume as it is jam packed filled with empty calories and ingredients that have no nutritional value what so ever. Candy? I am sorry, as a vegetarian, celiac and someone who suffers with severe food allergies, I have to tell you I need to know food. The items on your list would not be considered healthy. They would be considered a treat. Heavy sugar, wax, fat and artificial ingredients are not healthy.

I think you should ask your Doc about this.

Probably if you cut the fat off and go easy on the sauce.

Nooooo, pleeeeease no! Not for a person that heart bypass; eat salmon please.

I think that pork tenderloin is a better choice, as it is very lean, the ribs tend to be fatty, and I would bet your cardiologist would not approve.

I am a heart bypass person from 2 years ago. Are pork back ribs Ok to eat for a person like myself?

rosa in moderation I don't think it would be that bad, probably not much worst than a greasy hamburger, but at least you can trim most of the fat from the pork......

Been eating them all my life. Ticker still thumpin.
