If it was a pre-existing problem I doubt the insurance will pay, best to ask your insurance broker.
If it's a pre-existing problem, and you don't disclose it, you will be guilty of fraud. You're not likely to be prosecuted, but your insurer will certainly cancel your policy without return of premiums, and very likely blacklist you.
