      Engine ... Apply a light coat of engine oil to the cylinder head bolts. ... Tighten the bolts in sequence in 3 steps to an ultimate torque of 40 ft. lbs.

        Do they not want the torque settings for the head bolts so many newton metres plus 90 degrees?
