How do I get my machine serviced. It will no longer work and isn't that old and used very little.

There was a crunching sould inside where the thread goes down to the needle and now it will not sew. It was working great until this happened.

You bought the machine from a store, you go back to the store.  You look at the instruction and warranty manuals to find out what to do when there are problems with the machine.

If you bought it secondhand, you should contact the company (via internet) and request information on the model you have.  If you can't locate the model number, you can describe the machine, being very specific.  Also, be very specific about the WHAT is wrong.

    Good Luck.
