actually this makes no sense...if you have 10 digits there should be nine digits if you don't count the one's digit.  AT least, as I remember it, 9+1=10.  But I am old and perhaps they changed it to 8+1=10 when I was asleep.

Before you try questions of this kind, you need to learn a little English and a little arithmetic. Your number is, of course, 91 - but that's only because I presume you have no other digits in higher columns.
