One example of a word which can have a different meaning in the UK is 'shag'. In America it refers to a bird, but in the UK it can be used as a verb with a completely different meaning altogether.

You have to think, it is difficult for a human being to understand the concepts of God or Heaven, but that doesn't mean they should simply be written off as figments of the imagination. You wouldn't expect a fish to understand what's it's like on dry land, but that doesn't mean that dry land doesn't exist. The same principle could be applied to human beings and spiritual matters.

Some scientists, like Richard Dawkins for instance, believe that science can actually disprove the existence of a God, but other disagree, saying that increased knowledge of the complexity of our universe only reinforces that belief.
